…A dedicated retargeting layer will re-engage site visitors who didn’t convert on their first visit.…

What it means

Retargeting, also called remarketing, is the practice of displaying ads to users who previously visited your site or engaged with your brand, keeping you visible as they continue researching or comparing options.

Because these users already have some familiarity with your brand, retargeting campaigns typically convert at a much higher rate and lower cost than cold-audience prospecting.

Reaches warm, ready buyers

These users already know your brand, so the sales case is much shorter.

Typically cheaper conversions

Warm audiences convert at a lower CPA than cold prospecting nearly every time.

Recovers lost momentum

It catches the majority of visitors who leave without converting on their first visit.

DNA’s Take

DNA's Take: We layer retargeting into every full-funnel plan by default — it’s consistently one of the highest-ROAS tactics available, and skipping it usually means leaving easy conversions on the table.
